Together with original case for first medal; letters (2) addressed to Miss Z.Deacon, St Andrews, Hawthorn, Victoria, Australia, stating service.
RRC 2nd Class: LG 3/6/1916.
Sister Zaida Deacon served as Staff Nurse and Sister with Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve at home, in Salonika and with the Army of the Black Sea, from 26th August 1915 to 22nd December 1920.
