Colony of New South Wales, Documents, handwritten on vellum, including Conveyance of Land in Surry Hills, Sydney, between Daniel Cooper, merchant, of Sydney and London and Thomas Swindells, Master Mariner, of Pyrmont, Sydney, signed and dated 6th and 7th March 1840 with receipt attached; Mortgage in Fee of premises in Surry Hills, Sydney, between Thomas Swindells and John Forster Church, signed and dated, 9th February, 1844; Surrender of Mortgage, between Mrs Barbara Ann Church, widow, and Thomas Swindells, signed and dated 17th August 1848; Conveyance between Reverend William Schofield, Wesleyan Methodist Minister of Windsor, Thomas and Marian Swindells and Henry Thompson and Robert Miller, grocers, Sydney, of land in Surry Hills, signed and dated 5th May, 1849. First document stained, all with some foxing, fine - very fine. (4)
