P M TR P VII COS II P P, Virtus standing left foot on prow holding spear and parazonium, (S.7995, cf.RIC 477); Gordian III, (A.D. 238-244), AE sestertius, (15.82 g), obv. IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, laureate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Gordian III, rev. P M TR P V COS II P P, Apollo seated left holding branch resting hand on lyre, SC in exergue, (S.8732, RIC 303a, C.262). Very good - good fine, several with need of conservation. (3)
