France, silver jetons, Ville de Paris, 31mm, issue of 'Prevot des Marchants' issued (1782), obverse, crowned arms of Mayor, superimposed on the Order of St. Louis, reverse, shield of Paris bearing the ship of state, in chief a field of fleurs, (Mitchiner 3719, Feuardent 3755); another of Louis XVI, Estates of Brittany, 1784, 29mm, obverse, bust of Louis XVI to right, reverse, quartered arms of Brittany in oval shield, (Mitchiner 3750, Feuardent 8789). Nearly extremely fine, both scarce. (2)
