Queen Victoria, Sydney Mint sovereign, 1865. Full obversae brockage struck without the collar so that the edge is squeezed out (28mm instead of normal 23mm). Holed for a fob chain otherwise very fine probably a keepsake of mint official, a spectacular and unique error.
