Scotland, The Union Bank of Scotland Limited, one pound, uncut sheet of four printer's proofs, all Glasgow or Edinburgh, 8th December 1952, F/13 301000, F/13 302000, F/14 326000, F/14 327000, notations 'Starting Nos correct for 25,000 notes of each serie 13.3.53' and 'Examined 19/9/53' across part of central margin, three vertical lines of small punch holes (P.S816a; D.42-1). Some mount marks on back, otherwise extremely fine. (4)
