Elizabeth II, Royal Mint pattern proof dollar, in silver (.925, 28.2g), 1981 'Royal Visit' commemorative. FDC and excessively rare.
This pattern features a modified obverse effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, by James Berry, a design which was not adopted at the time. The obverse of an issued example is shown below it for comparison.
