Together with official case, gold blocked (translated to) 'Chancellery of Dutch Honours'; also newspaper clipping with photo of recipient receiving award in 1973. Attributed to Ms M.Boermans, pharmacist at Hupperetz Pharmacy, Hoogstraat in Weert. Presented by Mayor F.Breekpot. With research.
