Two groups: Group of Four: Burma Star; 1939-45 Star; Defence Medal 1939-45; War Medal 1939-45. Unnamed as issued. Court mounted and fitted on display board below riband of first three medals as worn on uniform and one Flight Lieutenant shoulder board; Pair: British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. 89220 3.A.M.C.S.Winter R.A.F., both medals impressed. Very fine - extremely fine, one group and one pair of medals.
Group of Four attributed to Flt Lt Geoffrey William Roberts, served with RAF 110 (Hyderabad) Squadron (228 Group).
Together with document for appointment to the rank of Acting Pilot Officer in Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve from 11 February 1945, signed at corner by King George VI, right top corner marked 'Tenable for the Duration of the Emergency'; service related photographs; menu for luncheon 30-11-44 given by H.H. The Prince of Berar to officers of 110 (H) Squadron; RAF Service and Release Book (last day of service 15.2.1946).
