Providentia standing facing head left, holding wand over globe and sceptre, around PROVIDENTIAE DEORVM, (S.6879, RIC 227, RSC 529); Moesia Inferior, Nicopolis ad Istrum, Caracalla, (A.D. 198-217), AE 17, (3.13 grams), obv. laureate draped bust of Caracalla to right, around AV K M AV ANT**W*NIN, rev. Athena standing left holding patera and spear, around**NIKOPOL PROC IC*, (S.-, Pick -, BMC -, Varbanov -). Toned, nearly very fine - nearly extremely fine, the second apparently unpublished. (2)
