Land Sale posters, c1880, advertising Purchase of Freehold Property at Sandhurst, by subscription, in 5000 shares of £1 each, illustrated with three of the five properties available, black print, together with two Sandhurst Freehold Property Company receipts being subscription for one share each, both dated 12th October 1880; Township of Lilydale, public auction of 64 allotments in the Mount View Estate, 24th April 1886, with map showing the allotments for sale.
