FRANCE, 25th Anniversary of Third Republic, in silver, voided crowned wreath enclosing XXV, scroll below engraved, ’1870/1895’, pin fitting, all on crossed ribbon of red/blue/white; Tourville, Cruiser of French National Navy, undated, in bronze (42mm) by Pingret, obverse, bust left, around, ’A.H.De Costentin De Tourville’, reverse, the cruiser ’Tourville’ right. Good very fine. (2)

Admiral Anne Hilarion de Costentin, Count of Tourville, was a French naval commander who served under King Louis XIV.
