Caracalla, (A.D. 198-217), silver antoninianus issued 215, Rome mint, (5.17 grams), obv. radiate bust to right of Caracalla, draped around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, rev. Sarapis standing left, holding sceptre and raising right hand, around P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P, (S.6772, RIC 263d, RSC 295). Nearly extremely fine, scarce.
