Egypt, Alexandria, Salonina, wife of Gallienus, (A.D. 253-268), billon tetradrachm, year 15 = A.D. 267-268, (8.970 grams), obv. draped bust of Salonina to right, around KOPNH**LIA* CA**L*WNEINA CEB, rev. LIB to right, Elpis standing to left, holding a plant, palm in front, (cf.S.10711, BMC 2254, Milne 4163-4, Koln 2986). Large flan, extremely fine, very scarce, comes with collector's card description.
