Second issue, proof one pound, uniface, Wellington, 1st Jany. 187-, imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co London Patent Hardened Steel Plate, 'to this from "186" - Decr. 2nd/71' added in pencil in Manager/Accountant area (Robb.M.221c; L.521; P.S346). Remnants of glue stains on back in corners and a thin, otherwise extremely fine.
