Second issue, proof one pound, uniface, Christchurch, 1st Jany. 186-, imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co London Patent Hardened Steel Plate, 'from this' added in pencil in Accountant area (Robb.M.224b; L.521; P.S346). Remnants of glue stains on back in corners, otherwise extremely fine.
