First issue, proof fifty pounds, uniface, Christchurch, undated, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, 'to this from Jany 28th/73' added in pencil in Manager area (Robb.J.17; L.494; P.S295). Remnants of glue marks on back corners, otherwise nearly extremely fine.
