Fourth issue, ten shillings, Wellington, 1st Septr. 1919, 110203, imprint of Charles Skipper & East, London, with SHILLINGS in corners on front (Robb.C41[this note]; L.424; P.S152). Centre fold with one cm tear in bottom margin, 1.5cm tear in top margin, light staining, otherwise good fine and very rare, five known of this size.
