Second issue, proof fifty pounds, uniface, Wellington, 1st Jany 1878, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, three single punch hole cancellations in Manager area, 'January 1878' added in pencil in bottom margin (Robb.B.371a; L.404; P.S115). Good very fine.
