Second issue, proof twenty pounds, uniface, Wellington, undated, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, SPECIMEN stamped horizontally in Manager area at the bottom (Robb.B.261b; L.-; P.S114). Dirty and a little scuffed, otherwise good very fine.
