RETURN FOB AND WATCH WWI, gold fob (9ct, 6.73gms, 40mm x 31mm), suspension loop missing, Shire of Tintenbar for War Service, reverse engraved, "Welcome Home / To / Pte H.Howard / By Teven Sub / District / Enlisted March / 1915 / Discharged / May 1919"; pocket watch by Waltham, gold plated Hunter, glass missing, engraved inside back, "Presented / To / Pte. H.Howard / On His return from Four / Years Active Service / from a Sincere / Friend / May 1919." Very fine.

Harold Howard Enl.20Mar1915 at Ballina into 26 Battalion, GSW chest at Gallipoli 29Sep1915, GSW left eye in an attack on enemy position Mont St Quentin 29Aug1918, RTA 04Dec1918, Disch.19May1919. Served - Gallipoli, Middle East, France, England.
