Together with Mother & Widows Ribbon, one star, reverse numbered 5910 (pin holes in ribbon and loose from top and bottom bars); King's Silver War Badge, reverse numbered 4575; Royal Australian Army Service Corps badge (QC) lugs replaced by pin fitting; three ribbon bars crudely made up on cardboard backing.
