VICTORIA. Banking. Handwritten correspondence on bank letterheads, dated from 1859 to 1890, between the Manager of the Union Bank in Daylesford, and banks in Castlemaine, Ballarat, Geelong, Maryborough, Creswick, Melbourne, including Union Bank of Australia, Melbourne, Gold Assay Reports for 1873 and 1874; together with other documents including invoice from Castlemaine Foundry, 1863; Corinella Gold Mining Company, Rules and Regulations, 1863; Summons, Daylesford, 1867. Although condition is generally poor with many letters water damaged and torn/pieces missing, it is still an interesting lot of early banking correspondence. (66 items)
