Western Steam Navigation Company Limited, 1878, for twenty shares of Å“5 each of twelve thousand on offer, blue on white, with small vignette of steam ship, similar design on company seal; Western District Steamship Company Proprietary Limited, 1909, black print, certificate No.3, with completed transfer on back, dated 1912, and Victoria one penny duty stamp. With pinholes and light folds, very fine. (2)
The Warrnambool Steam Packet Company was renamed the Western Steam Navigation Company in 1878.
