To Walter Edwin Alfred Carver, For Highest Marks In The 1965 Examinations For The Extra - Master’s Certificate’; another identical but silver plated bronze, edge engraved, ’Thomas Gray Memorial Trust. Merchant Navy Training Board Examinations 1955. Awarded To W.E.A.Carver.’ Both cased, the first with ’John Pinches / London’ inside the lid, the second medal with some plate missing, the first with matte finish, extremely fine - uncirculated. (2)
