RUSSIA, Medal for Blameless Service in the Police (Nicholas II) in silver with no ribbon. Awarded to policemen and firemen for no less than five years service in an exemplary manner in the City Police or Fire Departments of Imperial Russia or for ten years service in rural areas. Very fine.
