E.G. Simms 1st Kitcheners Fighting Scouts on second medal, Rfm. E.G. Simms 5th S.A.M.R. on third medal, 2. Lieut. E.G. Simms on fourth and fifth medals, the last medal un-named. The first two medals renamed, engraved. The third, fourth and fifth medals impressed. Very fine.
