Mysia, Pergamon, (c.150-140 B.C.), silver cistophoric tetradrachm, (12.35 grams), obv. cista mystica containing serpent, all within ivy wreath, rev. bow in case between two coiled serpents, to left monogram of **PER*, to right serpent cornucopiae, (cf.S.3948, Kleiner and Noe Series 22, SNG Cop. 404-5, Pinder 80); Ionia, Ephesus, (c.120-119 B.C.), silver cistophoric tetradrachm, (12.27 grams), year IE = 15 = 120-119 B.C., obv. cista mystica containing serpent, all within ivy wreath, rev. bow in case between two coiled serpents, to left IE over monogram **EFE, to right upright torch, small torch between serpents, (cf.S.4394, cf.Kleiner 21 [ANS MN 18], McClean 8088). Fine, both very scarce. (2)
