Siculo-Punic, mint of the camp, (c.300-290 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.746 grams), obv. head of young Melqart or Heracles wearing lion skin to right, rev. horse's head to left, palm tree behind, trace of Punic legend below, border of dots. (S.6436, SNG Ash. 2163 [same reverse die], Jenkins SNR 57, [Series 5a] 301 [same dies, O96/R249). Dark tone, dumpy flan as usual with wear on forehead on obverse, otherwise very fine/good very fine and scarce.
