Promissory note, ú17.10.0, Hobart Town Van Diemens Land, 27th March 1830, At ten days sight pay to myself or order Seventeen Pounds ten shillings being the Amount of my Pension for loss of sight of my left eye as a Deputy Assistant Commissary General from 25 December 1829 to 24 March 1830 as per Treasury Letter bearing date 2d August 1828 No.13084 25/7 and my affidavit for half pay this day transmitted To William Sargent Esqr, Agent for Commissariat Supplies, London, signed / P Roberts, DACG, endorsed on back with instructions, marked on front in red ink, A.B.No.1.
