Gallo-Belgic, Imported to Britain, Uninscribed Coinage, Gallo-Belgic A, The Ambiani, (c.125-100 B.C.), gold quarter stater, (1.76 grams), obv. Celticized head of Apollo right, with naturalistic face, rev. Celticized horse to right, (S.2, Van A. 15-1). Fine and very rare.
