Improvement Lease of Crown Lands of nine thousand eight hundred acres in the Parish of Bourke, County of Cooper, to Telford Mackenzie Young and Charles Mackenzie Young of Myatt Creek, Inverell, signed and sealed by Governor Sir Harry Holdsworth Rawson, 14th August 1902, with imprint in red of two shillings and sixpence duty stamp. Very fine.
