The Saturday Evening Post contains a comprehensive account of the Battle of Nam Dong by Captain Roger Donlan who was commanding Detachment A-726 of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Featured in the account is Australian Warrant Officer 2 Kevin Conway, AATTV, who was based at Nam Dong as an adviser and was killed fighting alongside the US Special Forces during the battle.
