Volusian, (A.D. 251-253), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (3.89 grams), issued 251-2, obv. radiate bust draped to right, around IMP CAE C VIB VOLVSIANO AVG, rev. Virtus standing half left, holding spear and resting on shield, around VIRTVS AVGG, (S.9778, RIC 186, RSC 135, Hunter 14). Nearly extremely fine/good very fine.
