China, Tang Dynasty, "Kai Yuen Tung Pao", Southern Tang Dynasty (A.D. 907-960), round silver cash with square hole, four characters around, rev.four clouds, diameter 24mm., 6.2 grams, (cf.Sch. 314). Very fine and very rare.
