OBE, MC and AFC unnamed, fourth to eighth medals impressed, last two medals unnamed. Very fine.

Together with some photocopies of medal index card records, three pages of Lists of Officers of the Royal Air Force, newspaper clipping dated January 3 1918 listing J.Butler for Investiture at Buckingham Palace to receive the Military Cross.
