Description
161st Battery RNZA, (Royal New Zealand Artillery), military canteen token in brass (21mm), five cents (assigned value, not shown on token), 1965-72, obverse and reverse identical, "Kiwi" across centre, with reverse upset 180 degrees (Yarwood NZMT09). Toned, very fine and very rare with only a few known.
Used at the Nui Dat base camp during the Vietnam War.
