Mysia, Kyzikos (Cyzicus), second period, (c.500 B.C.), electrum stater on Phokaic standard (16.046 grams), obv. forepart of winged bull galloping to left, below tunny fish to left, rev. quadripartite incuse punch mark (cf S.3830, Weber 5015 [This Coin, p.82, Pl.183], Von Fritze 60, [Pl.II, No.11], Greenwell 125 [p.110, Pl.V, 19], BMC 51 [p.24, Pl.V, 14], Jameson 1409, [Pl.LXXII], Boston Collection 1439 [Pl.72]). Slightly off centred obverse, very fine and very rare.
