Palestine, Judaea, King Agrippa II under Domitian, (A.D. 56 [50] - 95), copper semis?, AE 20, (5.41 grams), Provincial coinage acknowledging Roman rule, struck at Caesarea Paneas, probably issued year 26 = A.D. 86-87, obv. laureate head to right of Domitian, around **D*OMTIANOC [KAICAP] (obverse error), rev. Nike standing to right, writing on shield on her left knee, around [ETOY] KS BA star A**GRI[PPA]*, (S.5590, RPC 2279, AJC II 37a [p.255, Pl.15], H.617 [-], Meshorer 134, cf.Maltiel-Gerstenfeld 183). Slightly off centred, with error obverse apparently unpublished, type very rare, fine/very fine.
