Palestine, Judaea, King Agrippa II under Domitian, (A.D. 56 [50] - 95), copper quadrans?, AE 16, (2.95 grams), Provincial coinage acknowledging Roman rule, struck at Caesarea Paneas, issued year 25 = A.D. 85-86, obv. laureate head to right of Domitian, around traces of **D*OMET KAI **G*EPM, rev. palm tree with eight branches, inscription across ET KE/ BA A**G/IR*, (S.5593, RPC 2267, AJC II 28 [p.254, Pl.13], H.607 [91], Meshorer 13023, Maltiel-Gerstenfeld 171); another copper half quadrans?, AE 11, (1.53 grams), Provincial coinage acknowledging Roman Rule, struck at Caesarea Paneas, issued year 25 = A.D. 85-86, obv. laureate head to right of Domitian, around traces of **D*OMET KAI [**G*EPM], rev. cornucopiae with fruit, inscription across ET KE/ BA A**G*, (S.5594, RPC 2268, AJC II 29 [p.254, Pl.13], H.609 [92], Meshorer 131, Maltiel-Gerstenfeld 172) (illustrated). First coin very good, second very fine both very rare. (2)
