Nerva, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 98, obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG GERM P M TR P II, rev. around IMP II COS IIII P P, Priestly implements, lituus, simpulumn, aspergillum and jug, (cf.S.952, RIC 47, C.95). Minor surface scratches, otherwise nearly extremely fine and scarce.
