S.H.Booth A.S.C. A.I.F. on first medal, 9481 L-Cpl. S.H.Booth 5 Div. Trn. A.I.F. on second medal. Very fine - extremely fine.

The trio of medals to Pte J Booth are framed and glazed, together with his Memorial Scroll surmounted by a Rising Sun collar badge, unit colour patch and a tinnie badge which bears his portrait in uniform. His Memorial Plaque is in a separate frame together with a letter of condolence from King George V. The reverse has been engraved with the following inscription, 'Born at Balmain. 6th. March. 1887. / Enlisted into 20th. Battallion. A.I.F / At Sydney 16th March 1915 / Killed in Action at Passchendale. / 9th. October. 1917.' Also included in the lot is an Anzac Commemorative Medallion named to J Booth issued in 1967 to survivors or relatives of Gallipoli veterans. Together with a framed photo of L/Cpl S.H.Booth and a large photo of 14 Reinforcement A.A.S.C. 1915 with autographs of all unit members around the border as well as Dog Tags and an I.D. bracelet in the shape of a map of Australia for 9481 S.H.Booth 28 A.A.S.C.
