Land Mortgage documents, Queensland; Brisbane 3rd August 1864 signed and sealed by G.F.Bowen Governor General, on vellum. Printed Abstract of Title of the City Bank of Sydney, Land at Brisbane Water, New South Wales, printed in Sydney by F. Cunningham & Co, printers 146 Pitt Street Sydney 1901. Hand written Mortgage document on vellum, dated 20th May 1863 issued to William Halbert in Sydney with Registar General's blue ink rubber stamp cancellation, mortgage was to secure £169 and interest. Also Menu, printed on one side of a card (156 x 200mm) 19th Field Survey Coy., R.E., Sergeant's Mess. Christmas 1941, imprint R.L. Pridden. Fine - very fine. (4)
