Ionia, Ephesus, (202-c.150 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.236 grams), obv. bee with straight wings dividing E - **F*, dotted border, rev. stag standing to right, palm tree behind, to right magistrate's name **[D]IONUSODWR[OS]* (Dionysodoros) (cf.S.4387, Kinns, Num. Chron. 1999 [p.86], magistrate noted in Head, cf.Sternberg Nov. 25, 1980 [lot 116]). Good very fine and rare.
