Barbados, George III, restrike copper proof penny, 1788 by J. Milton F (on truncation), probably struck for Matthew Young (Pr.19). Attractive bluish brown patina, some toning, otherwise mint state and rare.
Purchased from Spink Australia in 1987 earlier from P.J. Downie.
