Heligoland (British Island Territory off northern coast of Germany 1807-1890 when exchanged for Zanzibar and other territories). Queen Victoria, Pilot's Badge cast in brass (oval, 46 mm x 71 mm), pilot standing holding plumb line, stamped 154, reverse crowned VRI monogram. Very fine and rare, especially in this large size.
