Malta, Knights Hospitallers of St John of Jerusalem, Emmanuael Pinto (1741-1773), grand master, AR thirty tari, 1757, obv. + F.EMMANVEL PINTO M.M.H.S.S 1756, quartered arms of the order and the grand master, surmounted by a crown rev. MON SUREXIT MAIOR., St. John the baptist standing holding pennon, at feet paschal lamb, in ex. T.XXX (Sch. 2, fig 10. [Pl.11]). Good very fine, may have been slightly polished, but a nice example.
