Great Britain, leases (2) for one year, handwritten on vellum, between Mrs Ann Taverner and Mr John Manistre to Mr James Challis a tenement in the County of Essex, sealed and dated 19th December 1769; Another between Mr John Howard and The Right Honourable Harbord Lord Suffield of a tenement in the County of Norfolk, sealed and dated 9th october 1792.
