China, Southern Sung Dynasty, copies of copper tallies, current in Lin An prefecture, with value five hundred cash, (1266-1269), Schjoth claims issue of Emperor Kung Tsung, oblong with round hole at end, five characters down each side, 'Lin An Fu Hsing Yung' and 'Chun Wu Pai Wen Sheng' length 69 and 67mm.,each about 20 grams, (Sch. 1064, TFP 1606). Green patina, modern copies fine - very fine. (2)
