Mining Leases issued to the Shakespeare Gold Mining Company to mine areas as described in the lease at Mount Franklin in the County of Talbot, signed and dated by Governor Sir Henry Brougham Loch, 13th December 1886, another signed and dated 29th October 1888; together with a Mortgage between the Shakespeare Gold Mining Company and S.P.Reynolds of North Melbourne and Licenses to mortgage interest in the first two leases.
